How Nannyz works
Nannyz is a noticeboard for families and sitters in Singapore. Posting a profile or an ad is free. You only pay a small amount when you want someone’s phone number and email.
For families
1Post a free ad
Tell sitters what care you need, when, and a little about your family. It takes about five minutes, and sitters near you get an email alert.
2Browse sitters
Search by area or postal code and type of care. Look at experience, reviews, references and badges.
3Message for free
Ask a sitter questions in the comments on their profile before you spend anything. Comments are public, so don’t share phone numbers or email addresses there.
4Unlock, meet and decide
Spend one token to see a sitter’s phone number and email. Then talk, check their references and ID, and arrange a trial.
For sitters

Describe your experience, availability and rates. Our “Write it for me” button can help with the wording.
2Build trust
Verify your ID and invite past families to write you a reference. Join by 31 January 2027 and get ID Verified within 14 days to receive 5 free tokens as a Founding Sitter.
3Get contacted
Families can ask you questions in the comments for free, and unlock your details to contact you. We email you each time someone does.
4Find jobs yourself
Browse family ads and get email alerts for new jobs near you. Ask a family a question in the comments for free, or unlock their details with a token to get in touch first.

For domestic helpers and employers
Domestic helpers already working in Singapore who want a new employer can list themselves free. Families can filter helpers by duties, experience, languages and start date, and contact them the same way as sitters. Nannyz is a listing site, not an employment agency: employers apply for the work permit themselves through MOM.

What it costs
Posting a profile or an ad, browsing, messaging in the comments and reviews are free.
Tokens unlock contact details: 10 tokens for S$20, or 20 tokens for S$30 (save 25%). One token unlocks one profile or ad, you can see those details again for free, and tokens never expire. There are no subscriptions and no commission.
Trust and safety
ID Verified means our team has checked the person’s photo ID. Reviews can only be left by members who have been in contact through Nannyz, and both sides’ reviews are revealed together. Sitters can also show references from families they cared for before joining. Read our safety tips before you meet anyone.
Nannyz is a noticeboard, not an agency: the arrangement you make is between the family and the sitter.
